Salt Therapy (Halotherapy) Benefits
Salt therapy, or halotherapy, involves breathing in microscopic, pharmaceutical-grade salt particles in a controlled environment (a “salt cave” or “salt room”). It’s like spending a day at the beach, but far more concentrated.
The primary benefits are for your respiratory system and skin. The salt acts as a natural:
Anti-inflammatory: Reduces inflammation in the airways, making it easier to breathe.
Antibacterial: Helps cleanse and kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi on your skin and in your sinuses and lungs.
Mucolytic (Mucus-thinning): Breaks up and thins mucus, helping you clear it from your lungs and sinuses.
Key benefits include:
Respiratory Relief: Can provide relief for conditions like:
Asthma
Allergies
Sinusitis
Bronchitis
COPD
Skin Health: Helps manage skin conditions by reducing inflammation and bacteria, such as:
Eczema
Psoriasis
Acne
Rosacea
Stress Reduction: The serene, spa-like environment of a salt room, combined with the mood-enhancing effects of negative ions, promotes calm and relaxation

FAQ
Traditional saunas use high heat (up to 90°C) and humidity to heat you from the outside in. Infrared saunas operate at a lower, more comfortable temperature (usually 50°C to 65°C) but penetrate the body more deeply. This allows you to stay in longer and sweat more intensely without feeling "suffocated" by hot air.
Near-Infrared: Focuses on the surface level to promote skin renewal, cell health, and wound healing.
Mid-Infrared: Penetrates deeper into soft tissue to improve circulation and reduce inflammation.
Far-Infrared: Reaches the deepest levels to stimulate the sweat glands for intense detoxification and metabolic boost.
A standard session lasts between 30 to 45 minutes. This gives your core temperature enough time to rise and trigger a deep, productive sweat.
To allow the infrared light to penetrate your skin effectively, less is more. Most clients wear a bathing suit or wrap themselves in a clean towel. We provide fresh towels for you to sit on and use during your session.
Yes. As your body works to cool itself down, your heart rate increases—much like a moderate cardio workout. A single session can burn anywhere from 200 to 600 calories, depending on the intensity and duration.
For general wellness and detoxification, 2 to 3 times per week is ideal. For athletes focusing on intense recovery or those managing chronic pain, daily use is safe and often recommended.
While safe for most, we recommend consulting a doctor if you:
Are pregnant.
Have a high fever or an active infection.
Have certain cardiovascular conditions or a pacemaker.
Are extremely sensitive to heat.
Most people feel a sense of "lightness" and deep relaxation. Because infrared light helps lower cortisol (the stress hormone), you can expect improved mood, clearer skin, and significantly better sleep quality that night.
